Rilx Team

Rilx, your reliable holiday provider for 20 years! After years of experience with tour operators such as Vögele Reisen, TUI, Kuoni and Direktreisen, Nathan founded the Rilx brand in 2007. Since then, we have concentrated on the direct sale of trips. Starting with a small range, the company grew year after year and regularly expanded its offering. Our customers now benefit from a comprehensive and varied range of tours, beach holidays and cruises.

FAQ

For our trips that require a visa, we automatically charge you the costs because we assume that we can organize this for you. The responsibility for timely visa processing therefore lies with net-tours.
Please note that we are guided by the entry requirements for Swiss citizens, which is why we recommend that citizens of other nationalities call the consulate.

If you wish, you can also obtain the visa yourself; the costs will be reduced accordingly.

Rilx has excellent contacts with airlines and hotels worldwide. Through long-term partnerships, persistent negotiations and the concentration on selected products, our partners are prepared to grant advantageous price conditions - from which you as a guest benefit.

Have you found your dream trip and would you like to book it now?
For every trip you will find a button that says “Book”. As soon as you press this you will automatically be taken to the booking form. Please fill out all the information there and complete your booking with the “Send booking” button.

Within a few minutes you will receive a summary of your booking by email. You will receive the final booking confirmation by post or email within 48 hours. 

Of course, you can also contact us by telephone to make a booking.

Written confirmation by post or email is decisive for your booking. If the trip you want can no longer be booked, our travel advisors will contact you immediately.

With net-tours you have the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge within 7 days of booking confirmation. Bookings made less than 21 days before departure, as well as all cruises, are excluded from this right. 

During our trips we bought a fixed number of airfields, rooms and cabins. Once these seats are sold, we may only be able to purchase additional seats at a higher price. As a rule, we will inform you during the online booking process that there may be a surcharge. You still have the option of withdrawing from the booking if you do not agree to the surcharge.

Our Rilx catalog appears twice a year, in summer and winter.

You can pay for your desired trip against an invoice or with Reka Checks. Further information about paying with Reka Checks can be found under the “Travel Information” section.

The deposit for your trip amounts to 40% of the arrangement price and must be paid within 7 days of booking. The remaining payment must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the departure date. The exact payment details are noted on your payment slip.

Special deposit conditions apply for world trips. You can find the detailed information on your invoice.

With our offers, infants up to their 2nd birthday travel almost free of charge. There are only costs for the airport taxi (depending on the destination, approx. Fr. 120 per child)

Children from 2 years old to their 12th birthday benefit from very attractive discounts or fixed children's prices when staying in a room with 2 full-paying people (only applies to certain offers which are marked accordingly).

There are great children's prices, especially on cruises - we ask that you contact us for a reduction, as these are not visible on the homepage.

Detailed information about the child reductions can be found in the detailed view of the respective trip under the “Travel dates & prices” section. You are also welcome to call us to inquire about an offer that has not been explicitly noted.

To process the booking of your trip, we need your personal data, such as first and last name, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and postal address. We assure you that we only use this data internally to process our booking and manage it accordingly. Your personal data will not be made available to other people or companies (with the exception of shipping companies who require your passport details to confirm your booking). We further assure you that we will protect your data from unauthorized access by third parties.

Before completing your trip, please check whether your travel documents (ID or passport) are valid for your destination. 

If you book by telephone, please let us  know your travel wishes by calling 061 222 22 44. We will be happy to make the reservation and then send you your booking confirmation/invoice by email.

All of our package tours include a transfer from the destination airport to the hotel and back.

Economy seats are included in our package tours. For business or first class flights, contact us on 061 222 22 44 or in writing by email at tr@ticketplan.ch .

Visa procurement is handled by the customer himself via the respective embassy of the country he is traveling to, or you can leave this to a professional. Our partner VSCB will be happy to obtain your visa for you. 

You will be informed about flight plan changes by our contact center via the email or by our travel agent.

The following payment options are available:
a) Payment by invoice (for bookings made up to and including 15 days before departure with an email address or up to and including 23 days before departure without an email address)
b) Payment by credit card (the greatest possible data protection is guaranteed using an SSL-secured connection). The following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard and Visa
c) Payment with KLARNA 
d) Payment with Rilx SUISSE TOURS vouchers

When booking flights, please provide your first and last name as shown on your passport or ID. If your name changes after booking, the additional costs will be passed on to the traveler.

Please note that the flight times given are not binding. The flight times sent by our partners (tour operators, airlines) with the travel documents (tickets) apply. We reserve the right to make changes to flight times, routes, airlines or aircraft at short notice. Additional flight capacity is often set up, particularly at peak times with high demand (holiday dates). This means that it is unavoidable that flights have to be operated in the evening or as night flights.

Please note that all of our visa information only applies to Swiss citizens (holders of a Swiss passport). Foreign citizens are often subject to different visa regulations. Foreign citizens, even if they are resident in Switzerland (the passport is the decisive factor), are responsible for obtaining their visa in a timely manner.

Travel insurance can be booked optionally for every trip.

Yes, you can also book just the "land arrangement". The sales team will be happy to advise you. Ask us.

Seats can be booked in advance, but tickets must be issued (at an additional cost to the customer). Depending on the number of people on your group trip, we recommend waiting a while to reserve your seat until the group trip is confirmed. You will receive the travel documents approximately 4 days before departure by email or alternatively by post (for an additional charge).

Under the heading “All trips” you will find our entire offer and you can directly check the availability of hotels and seats and also book straight away.

Very safe, because in principle it works exactly the same as if you were booking directly in one of our establishments by phone or in person.

If your online booking is successful, you will receive a booking confirmation and a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking.

If a room is on request, i.e. we no longer have a free contingent, you will receive a booking request as confirmation and we will request the room from the service provider and get back to you within 48 hours.

 

Yes, it is just as binding as a booking made by telephone or in writing. The general travel conditions of Rilx Reisen also apply.
